This policy explains how customers in the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia, Spain, Canada, Italy, Belgium, and Portugal can cancel an order, the timeframe for doing so, and how refunds are processed if you change your mind after placing an order.
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that production has not yet started. Because our furniture is handcrafted from solid natural wood, production typically begins quickly after the order is confirmed.
If your order is no longer eligible for cancellation, you may still be able to return it after delivery under the conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy.

If your cancellation is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are always processed in USD, regardless of your country of purchase. Your bank or card provider will apply the conversion rate applicable at the time of refund.
Once the 24-hour cancellation window has passed, or if the order has already entered production, been shipped, or cleared customs, we are unable to cancel it. In such cases, customers may still use our Return & Refund Policy after receiving the delivery.
